1. What the Service is

Fannan is a platform that connects players and the people who manage them with training academies in Kuwait. It lets you discover academies and their programs, apply and enroll, pay subscriptions, and follow schedules, attendance, and assessments.

Academies are independent providers that deliver their training services under their own responsibility. Fannan acts as a technology intermediary enabling discovery, enrollment, and payment collection. Fannan does not itself provide training and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of an academy’s services.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Parts of the Service require an account created with a mobile number and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

One account may manage more than one player profile. The account holder confirms they are authorized to manage the data of each player they add and are responsible for that player’s obligations toward the academy.

3. Payments & fees

All payments within the Service are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Each academy sets the prices of its own programs and products. The total amount due is shown to you before you complete payment.

Fannan may retain a platform fee for operating the Service; this fee is deducted from the academy’s proceeds and is not added on top of the amount the customer pays. Fannan does not store your card details — the payment processor processes them under its own security standards.

4. Your relationship with the academy

When you enroll in a program or book a session, the actual service relationship is between you and the relevant academy. Session times, freeze and makeup policies, and subscription terms are determined by the academy.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by Fannan’s Refund Policy together with the relevant academy’s own policy. Please review the Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, and in particular not to:

• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or to other users’ accounts.
• Use the Service for any purpose unlawful under the laws of Kuwait.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the brand name, logo, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to Uniqarn Company. They may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. Fannan does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not responsible for the quality of training services delivered by academies.

To the extent permitted by law, Fannan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
