Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for payments made through the Fannan platform.
1. General principle
Payments within the Service are collected on behalf of independent academies through a third-party payment gateway. Each academy sets its own program prices and subscription terms, and refund eligibility is governed by that academy’s policy together with this policy.
2. Program subscriptions
A subscription grants the right to attend the sessions of a training program over a defined period. If you wish to cancel or request a refund, the request is assessed according to the academy’s policy and how many sessions have been used. Some academies may allow a temporary freeze or makeup sessions instead of a refund.
3. How to request a refund
You can submit a refund request by contacting the academy directly or through the Service. Fannan facilitates delivering and processing the request technically, while the decision to approve rests with the academy under its policy.
4. Processing refunds
Approved amounts are returned to the original payment method through a third-party payment gateway. It may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider and bank.
5. Store orders
Store purchases (such as items and products) are subject to the selling academy’s return and exchange policy. Refund terms apply based on the condition and nature of the product.
6. Non-refundable cases
Some amounts may be non-refundable, such as sessions a player has actually attended or fees tied to a completed service. These cases are set out in the academy’s terms at enrollment.
7. Disputes
If there is a disagreement about a payment, contact us first so we can help reconcile it between you and the academy before you pursue a chargeback with your bank.
